Paul F. Singh, MA, LP is a licensed psychologist and holistic life change coach who specializes in brain neuroplasticity.
“Brain Neuroplasticity Treatments” refer to the brain’s ability to adapt and change. Your old “trauma narratives” can shift into new “healed narratives” through the cellular and brain chemistry healing process.
Singh specializes in facilitating brain neuroplasticity treatments for the following mental health issues: anxiety, depression/suicidal thoughts, anger management, resentment, rage, marriage and relational contempt, blame, abandonment, stress management, alcohol and drug addictions, codependent relationships, unexpected grief and sleep disorders.
As you start to think differently as a result of the healing process, you will start to live differently. Lasting change first begins by healing from the inside out. This process will unlock your passion, gifts and purpose that were buried below your pain.
As you experience this amazing process, you will start to “come alive” and dance in celebration! There is actually healing available for you now-this side of heaven.
Paul Singh works with individuals, couples, families, groups and executive corporate C-suites. Both virtual and face-to-face options using COVID-19 guidelines are available.
Paul’s future brain neuroplasticity groups include: marriage issues, men’s issues, women’s issues, sexual addiction issues, sexual abuse issues for men and women, control issues, work addictions, codependency addictions for men and women and PTSD/trauma groups for men and women who come out of past abusive backgrounds or are presently in an abusive relationship. Groups will commence as they are filled.
Singh was invited as a noted international “expert on addictions” at the World Addiction Conference-2017 in Paris, France.
Paul Singh was a keynote speaker on brain neuroplasticity. Paul trained international neuropsychiatrists on how to do “brain neuroplasticity treatments” for their patients. International neuropsychiatrists have now asked him to be the senior trainer for brain neuroplasticity treatments in their clinics throughout the world.
Singh has guest lectured at the “Meet the Expert” series at the Mayo Clinic. Paul has also lectured at the Hazelden Betty Ford Clinics in Palm Springs and Minneapolis. They specialize in alcohol and drug addiction. He also works in private practice in Uptown, Minneapolis as the attending staff psychologist at Holistic Life Change International (HLCI).
