Elisa Bachmann is finishing her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University.

She has lived in Haiti working with an orphanage for over 3 years. Her work at Counseling Care is a calling that God has given to her as a young woman. Elisa believes brokenness, found in all of us, is a tool that can be used to connect us to each other instead of divide.

As a counselor she sees children, women, single and married couples. Her work in Trust-Based Relational Intervention works specifically with children and families that have endured trauma. Her hope is to walk alongside those that want to seek a life of transformation in Christ.

Lucas P. Bachmann, MD, Psychiatrist

Credentials: Dr. Lucas Bachmann is a Dual Board Certified Psychiatrist in both Child and Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry. Dr. Bachmann is board eligible in Forensic Psychiatry. He received his undergraduate degree from Bethel University and is a medical graduate of the American University of the Caribbean. Dr. Bachmann completed his residency in adult psychiatry at the University of Connecticut. He completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent psychiatry at the University of Minnesota. He also completed a fellowship in forensic psychiatry at the division of Law and Psychiatry at the Yale University School of Medicine.

In addition to his work at Counseling Care, Dr. Bachmann is a forensic psychiatrist at the St. Peter, Minnesota Security Hospital.

Dr. Bachmann was an American Red Cross Mental Health Volunteer, for the Hurricane Katrina Relief Effort and volunteered for a Native American Health Care Clinic in Minnesota.

Philosophy of Care: “My goal is to deliver significant and positive impact to patients through psychiatric care. I enjoy caring for patients and families of all cultures and backgrounds. I believe that collaboration with my patients helps them maintain good health, and is beneficial in treating mental health challenges.”

David Frazer is completing his Masters in Counseling from Crown College. He completed a Masters of Divinity; then he served as a Pastor for over three decades. David is a retired chaplain from the United States Army Reserve. He has worked several years in suicide prevention programs, anger management, and hospice work.

Dave loves people and enjoys seeing people healed from a shattered life. He often sends encouragement, strengthening, and edification through the help of his personal experiences, schooling, and God gifting.
