Years of Experience:
Personal Mission Statement: I’m honored to work with adult clients who may find themselves stuck, hurt, or disillusioned; and it’s a joy to see them find hope, learn tools, and empower change through a safe and non-judgmental setting. I also treat couples who are in need of support as they struggle with various types of intimacy, recover from infidelity, manage blended families, or work through parenting struggles, conflict resolution, effective communication, establishing boundaries, and so forth.
Additionally, I’m an EMDR Approved Therapist. I work with clients who have suffered trauma and or PTSD. It has been amazing to watch my clients heal from trauma symptoms and find peace and stability to live life without the disabling effects of trauma. I also offer support for anxiety and depression symptoms as well as self-esteem, worth, self-care, developing a voice, burnout, and ministry-related wounds.
The integration of faith and therapy is a passion of mine when working with Christian clients. I am always humbled and thankful for the trust my client’s place in me. It’s an incredible honor to walk alongside my clients in their time of need and to cheer them on to freedom and peace.
